Shipping

At this moment of time we are only shipping to the United States.

All orders will be packaged and sent out Monday through Wednesday to ensure that candles do not melt during transit.

You will receive tracking via the email provided when the package is ready to go.

Most orders should be delivered between 3 to 5 business day from ship out date but please note that the time frame is just an indication. Actual ship times may differ and The Alchemist Studio is not responsible for delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to shipping delays.

The Alchemist Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an insufficient address was provided by the buyer and the package is sent back to the studio you will be contacted via email to discuss the course of action.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Each candle is hand measured and poured therefore there can be slight imperfections and variations with each candle. Each vintage item has a story to tell therefore subtle flaws are to be expected.

If you receive a damaged item please email shop.alchemiststudio@gmail.com immediately with your order number, description of the problem and photo. From there we can organize a replacement, credit or refund.
